How to optimize your marketing campaigns on Facebook and Twitter

The important thing is to always remember that it is "social capital" - ie, do not you ask your contacts more than they're willing to give. And if your goal is to reach customers than those of Google, try to be very authentic and personal. That is, you have to win the trust of your network, and you have to mix personal information professional information.

The rule is 80% personal, 20% professional. If you want to be 100% professional, better go to LinkedIn or Xing . Facebook and Twitter work more like a cocktail. The other person must have a good feeling with you before you ask him something. And if you're not very good in cocktails, maybe you will not be very good as social networking guru.

Things not to do:
Put your email address or link to your website in every Tweet. Send Tweets without content. Giving too much personal information on Facebook, or content on your wall too personal. bubbletweet.com heavy people who send you a lot of spam.
Listen to your network and give answers.
Show who you are. Videos professional advice for Facebook to rise much less attention than a video saying "today I am going wrong, I need a new haircut and I do not know what to do." These types of "personal moments" generate more empathy and comments from your social network purely professional posts
Send messages of congratulations on the birthdays of your contacts. You could also look at their pages to view their favorite music and send it through iLike, Spotify or YouTube. Send
congratulating messages or make posts to your contacts to your success.
make posts about things of general interest or about your industry in general.
To increase the reach of your posts important applications not using auto-post. Better post the URL directly into your wall and add a friendly message and an interesting image. StumbleUpon
